The Fuelex Diesel saving device creates a powerful magnetic field using pairs of neodymium super magnets. When a fuel pipe containing Diesel, which is composed of hydrocarbon chains, passes through the magnetic field produced by the Fuelex Diesel saving device the long chain molecules of the Diesel are realigned. This realignment conditions the Diesel just before it reaches the combustion chamber of you Diesel engine. Conditioning of the Diesel molecules enables increased efficiency of combustion, giving more usable power and fewer harmful emissions. Typical Diesel savings through increased miles per gallon ( mpg) are commonly around 12%.

Applications of the Fuelex Diesel saving device
The Fuelex Diesel saving device is designed save Diesel and improve miles per gallon mpg on all types of Diesel engines including fuel injected engines
- Cars, Vans, Plant and Trucks
- Marine Diesel Engines including speedboats and fast cruisers
- Construction Machinery and Plant

Installing the Fuelex Diesel saving device
Installation of the Fuelex Diesel saving device is straightforward. Instructions for each engine type are given n the relevant page of this website. Essentially, having identified the Diesel supply pipe from the fuel tank to the engine the Fuelex device is attached either side of the pipe. Ensure that the Diesel flow pipe is used as many engines have a Diesel return pipe from the engine to the tank to keep fuel circulating.

Engine Warranty
As the Fuelex Diesel saving device is located on the outside of the Diesel fuel supply pipe and does not require the pipe to be disconnected or re-routed there is no impact on existing warranties.

Research on Magnetic Field Effect on Fuel
Initial research and trials were conducted by the RAF and the USAF during the second world war. Magnets required to produce a suitable field at that time were considered too heavy for aviation use. This is why Fuelex uses neodymium super magnets. Subsequent trial and research at the Warren Springs Research Station in the UK in 1992 confirmed positive fuel savings through conditioning hydrocarbon fuel using magnetic fields.
